Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any used, washed, damaged, or altered merchandise, including final sale items.

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our online returns portal at bedding-bathroom.com. You will need your order number and the email address associated with your purchase. Through the portal, you can select the items you wish to return or exchange and choose your preferred resolution.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email to return the items to us. Please pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible, and ship them back using the provided label. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

After we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
